How to Trade: The "Magic" Crossover Rules

Many experts suggest long-duration trading, but for quick scalping, I prefer a 5-minute expiry. Set your chart candle timeframe to 1 minute, but ensure your trade duration is exactly 5 minutes.
1. The "Call" (Higher) Setup:
Wait for all three lines to converge or "tangle" together. The signal is confirmed when the EMA 12 (Blue/Green) line crosses above both the EMA 26 (Yellow) and EMA 45 (Red) lines clearly. When you see this solid breakout, place a 5-minute trade for an uptrend.
2. The "Put" (Lower) Setup:
Similarly, look for the lines to converge. The signal is confirmed when the EMA 12 (Blue/Green) line cuts through the EMA 26 and EMA 45 lines to head downwards. Once you see this clean breakout, execute a 5-minute trade for a downtrend.
Pro Tip: Never trade immediately when the lines touch; wait for the breakout candle to close for visual confirmation.
Most traders fear the OTC market because it follows broker-specific algorithms. However, this 12, 26, and 45 EMA combination is mathematically tuned to read the momentum of candle formation. Because OTC markets often move in impulsive waves, this crossover setup filters out the "market noise" that usually leads to fake signals.
